Minia Cave Hotel Manifest

As Minia Cave Hotel, we care about the safety and health of our guests as well as their comfort. For this reason, all developments related to the Covid-19 Outbreak are closely followed and necessary precautions are taken at our hotel with determination. In this context, official instructions, recommendations and measures published by Ministry of Health and Ministry of Culture and Tourism are implemented in an up-to-date manner.

Our Hygiene Procedures

    The precautions we take to ensure that you, our valued guests, are protected in all areas of our hotel are as follows:

  • As Minia Cave Hotel, in addition to the regular inspections carried out by the contracted international accredited hygiene institution, the Safe Hotel Program (Epidemic disease risk management inspection program) has also been added.
  • Cleaning processes are carried out with materials and equipment in accordance with the regulation for each area.
  • Great care is taken to clean the surfaces that are constantly touched in public areas and toilets, door handles, sinks, faucets, urinals and toilet bowls, elevators, elevator buttons and handrails; Special disinfection products are used after cleaning with water and detergent.
  • Central points have been determined in all our general areas and hand disinfection units have been added.
  • Capacity utilization of our elevators is limited so that only members of a family, 4 people from the same group or maximum 2 people who do not know each other can use them at the same time.
  • All common areas and sitting groups in general areas have been rearranged taking social distance into account.
  • With social distance warning strips and directions added to all common areas, our guests are ensured to pay attention to the general rules.
  • Cleaning and disinfection applications are more frequent and inspected by detailed controls.
  • Our cleaning practices are continued with disposable products. Ventilation systems and air conditioners in all closed areas of our hotels are frequently cleaned and disinfected.

Check-in and Check-out Procedures of Our Guests

    From the first moment you check into our hotels, it is very important for us to know that your health is safe. Here are the measures we have taken for this;

  • With the circular published by the Ministry of Internal Affairs on 30.09.2020, the HES code is requested during the reservation process or during the entrance to the facility, from all our guests whose residence is in Turkey and who come to our hotel for accommodation purposes,
  • During the check-in of all our guests, temperature measurements are made by our authorized personnel, in case of a high body temperature, this situation is only shared with the guest as per KVKK and necessary actions are taken in accordance with our action plan.
  • In order to prevent congestion at the check in and check out times of our hotels, directions to ensure appropriate social distance have been placed in the necessary areas.
  • The products to be contacted during the check-in and check-out processes have been reduced to a minimum, and all products are strelized before they are offered.
  • In order for you to make contactless payments, our pos machines are located in an easily accessible way and are disinfected after each use.
  • If needed, our Reception team will assist you to supply sterile masks and disinfected wipes.
  • During the check in and check out process, the suitcases are safely delivered to our guests' room doors/vehicles within the framework of the necessary hygiene rules.

Our Disinfection Procedures

    The precautions we take in our hotel to ensure the necessary hygienic conditions, especially for disinfection processes are as follows;

  • Minia Cave Hotel guest rooms, restaurants and bars, general areas, meeting rooms, kitchens, personnel areas, offices, warehouses and all other guest areas are disinfected thoroughly with Hydrogen Peroxide-based materials, which the effects of are well known and approved.
  • Public areas are regularly disinfected.
  • Regular controls and studies are carried out in all areas with the disinfection teams we have formed in our hotel.

Our Rooms

    Applications for our rooms to provide the necessary hygienic conditions during your stay:

  • Our room cleaning staff and administrators work with masks and disposable gloves.
  • After cleaning each room and before moving on to the cleaning of the other room; hand hygiene is provided by washing and disinfectant; and also new masks, gloves and cleaning cloths are used.
  • Disinfectant producs which is effective but not harmful to health are used in room cleaning.
  • Our rooms are ventilated after each guest use and are left empty for 5 hours until the next accommodation.
  • After routine cleaning, our rooms are ozonated or regularly disinfected.
  • All textile products and towels used are washed at 60 degrees and above for sufficient time.

Our precuations regarding our collegaues

    The Precuations and practices we have taken for all our colleagues who will serve you with Minia Cave Hotel Hospitality during your stay:

  • All our teammates are given detailed training on the rules to be followed regarding the Covid-19 Outbreak, and regular inspections are carried out.
  • Before starting their duties, temperature measurements are made for all of our employees, and it is ensured that they do not return to work in case of displaying any disease symptoms.
  • The cleaning of our uniforms is carried out at a temperature of 60 degrees and above, and they are changed frequently.
  • As in all our guest areas, sufficient number of hand disinfectants are available in our personnel areas and follow-up is carried out meticulously.
  • Our working areas have been rearranged to ensure social distance rules.
  • For the health of both our guests and employees, the use of masks during duty has been made mandatory for all our teammates.

Restaurant and Lobby Bar

    The precautions we take for our restaurant and lobby bar so that you feel the same trust in every area of our hotel;

  • All our restaurant and lobby bar guest seating areas have been rearranged to protect social distance and necessary markings have been made.
  • Hygiene standards determined by the Ministry of Health are applied in our food and beverage units.
  • Hand disinfectants are available in all our food and beverage areas so that our guests can easily access them.
  • While high hygiene standards are applied in the preparation and presentation of our food and beverage service materials, our service standards have been rearranged with the principle of minimum contact.
  • Many of the products that may be commonly used have been replaced with disposable portion products.
  • Instead of porcelain and metal service equipment, disposable service materials can be offered in line with the preference of our guests.
  • Our breakfast service will be offered as A La Carte for a certain period of time.
  • After breakfast, lunch and dinner services, all food and beverage areas, tables and chairs are disinfected and hygiene is ensured.
  • In order to reduce the crowd, service hours can be divided into time zones when necessary.

Meeting Organizations

    Seating and event plans for meeting and banquet organizations have been rearranged in accordance with social distance rules.

  • The ventilation of the halls and foyer areas is repeated frequently at periodic intervals.
  • Hand sanitizers are available in the foyer and common areas within easy reach of our guests.
  • Technical equipment (microphone, radio, telephone, monitor, etc.) used in our meeting room are disinfected before new use.
  • In meeting and banquet organizations, our food and beverage services have been rearranged as “personal” according to hygiene standards.
